This policy explains what information Avandyke Tech Holdings LLC, trading as Techtown ("we", "us"), collects through the website at techtown.dev, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website. Client engagements are also governed by the services agreement between us and the client, which covers how we handle the client's business data during a project.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you request an audit or contact us we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, company size, the process you describe and the software you use.
- Email correspondence. If you write to us we keep the messages and your address so we can answer.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
2. How we use information

3. Who we share it with

4. Client data during projects
When we build automation for a client, we work inside the client's own systems and accounts. Where a project uses an AI model to read documents or messages, we use business-grade services under data-processing terms and go through the specifics with the client in the design. We do not use client data to train models. The services agreement for each project sets out the details.
5. How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to info@techtown.dev. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. We limit access to the information you send us to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version here. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision.
