What puts a project at the lower end
- One process, one or two systems connected
- Clear rules with few exceptions
- Standard tools with good integrations
- Low volume, or work that can be reviewed in batches
What puts a project at the higher end
- Several systems, or older software without an API
- Documents in many formats, or decisions that need judgment
- High volume, or work that must run in real time
- Several review and approval steps with different people
Support covers keeping the system you paid for running and improving it within its scope. A new process is a new setup quote. Third-party software subscriptions and AI usage fees are billed by those providers, and we tell you the expected amounts in the design.
