AI workflow automation for established businesses The work your team retypes every day, done by a system instead.
Techtown builds automation for businesses with expensive manual processes. Customer intake, document processing, CRM updates and administrative tasks, connected to the software you already use, with a person in the loop where it matters.
Setup from $2,000. Fixed quote after the audit, before any build starts.
Four kinds of work that cost more than they should
Most office hours go to reading, retyping, filing and following up. These are the processes we build systems for.
Customer intake automation
Every inquiry captured, sorted and answered without anyone retyping it.
Details →Document processing
Invoices, applications, contracts and forms read, checked and filed.
Details →CRM updates & data sync
Your CRM kept current from email, calendar, forms and spreadsheets.
Details →Administrative task automation
Scheduling, follow-ups, reporting and reminders that run on their own.
Details →The same tasks, without the hours
Audit, design, build, run
A fixed sequence with a fixed quote, so you know what you are getting before the build starts.
Audit
We sit with the people doing the work, map the process step by step and measure what it costs today.
Design
You get a written plan: what the system does, where a person stays in the loop, which tools it connects, the price and the timeline.
Build
We build it in your systems, test it on real cases alongside your team and fix what the test turns up.
Run and support
It goes live with monitoring. We handle changes, exceptions and improvements under a monthly support plan.
Established businesses with expensive manual processes
Not startups looking for a product, and not companies without a process to begin with. Our clients already have staff doing the work; the system takes the repetitive part.
You have a process
The work follows rules, even if nobody has written them down. If an experienced employee could explain how they decide, a system can do most of it.
It costs real hours
Several hours a week per person, or a whole role, spent on intake, data entry, documents or reports.
You want it to stick
You will give us time with the people who do the work, and you want the system supported after it goes live, not handed over and forgotten.
Before you book an audit
What does an AI workflow automation agency do?
We build the systems that do a business's repetitive office work: reading inquiries and documents, entering and updating data, routing, replying and reporting. We use AI models where the work involves reading and judgment, and plain automation where it does not. We design, build, connect and support the system; your team keeps doing the work that needs a person.
What kind of business is this for?
Established businesses that already pay people to do repetitive, rule-based work: intake, data entry, document handling, CRM upkeep, reporting. If a process is expensive because of the hours it takes rather than the skill it needs, it is a candidate.
What does it cost?
Setup runs from $2,000 to $10,000 depending on how many systems are involved and how much judgment the work requires. Ongoing support is $500 to $2,000 a month. You get a fixed quote after the audit, before any build starts.
Do we have to replace our software?
No. We build on the systems you already use, such as your CRM, accounting software, email and document storage, and connect them. If a tool genuinely cannot do what is needed we will say so, but replacing software is not the starting point.
How do you handle mistakes?
Every system we build has a review step for cases it is not confident about, and a person approves anything that would be costly to get wrong, such as sending money or a contract. You see what the system did and why, and exceptions go to a person with the reason attached.
What about our data?
Your data stays in your systems. Where an AI model is used to read a document or a message, we use business-grade services with data-processing terms, and we go through the specifics with you during the audit. We do not train models on your data.
How long does it take?
Most single-process builds take two to six weeks from the audit to running live. Larger builds that touch several systems take longer; the timeline is part of the quote.
Where are you?
Houston, Texas. We work with businesses across the United States; most of the work happens over video calls and in your systems.
