What we do
We build the systems that do a business's repetitive office work. A lot of what established companies pay for is reading, retyping, filing and chasing: inquiries into the CRM, invoices into accounting, documents into folders, numbers into reports. That work follows rules, and work that follows rules can be done by a system, with a person stepping in only where judgment is needed.
We use AI models where the task involves reading and understanding, such as a customer email or a scanned form, and ordinary automation everywhere else. The point is not the technology; it is the hours.
How we work
- Process first. We map the work before we talk about tools, and we quote a fixed price from the map.
- Your systems, your accounts. We build inside the software you already use, under your ownership. If we part ways, the system stays with you.
- A person where it matters. Every build has review and approval steps for the cases a system should not decide alone.
- Supported, not handed over. Processes and software change. The monthly plan exists so the system changes with them.
